Job Description

Administrative Marketing Assistant

Only candidates with a perfect knowledge of English will be considered for this position.  This position will be responsible for customer service , website updates, social media updates, email marketing campaigns, property listings on portals, prospecting through  phone calls, etc.

The Administrative Marketing Assistant job Duties and Responsibilities include:

– General administrative support

– Answer phone calls and make prospecting calls

– Customer service to our clients

– Updating the website by adding listings and pages

– Social media updates

– Listing properties on Kyero.com, Thinkspain.com and other portals

– Perform market research to expand our visibility on the web

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask is a must

Qualifications:

– Good text writing skills

– Languages: English (perfect) and Spanish (basic)

-Good technical skills on MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop

– Basic HTML and Photoshop knowledge

– Proactive and self-driven attitude

We offer:

–¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬†¬† A part time legal contract (20 hours per week) + Social Security
